Sebastian is an Assistant Psychologist specialising in CAMHS and working with Adults. He has completed a BSc in Psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London and a Master’s in Applied Neuroscience at King’s College London. Sebastian works with individuals presenting with a range of psychological challenges including mood disorders, ADHD, Autism, brain injuries and emotional wellbeing difficulties.
Listening, encouraging discussion and collaboration are foundations of his approach. Sebastian holds a non-judgemental, compassionate and supportive space for his clients to develop better understanding of themselves and their challenges. He nurtures a safe and inclusive environment and has a passion for helping others better understand their own thinking and behaviours.
Sebastian provides assessments for ADHD and Autism as well as Neuropsychological assessments and delivers low intensity CBT-based Guided Self-Help. Sebastian works with a fully qualified Clinical Psychologist
