Careers at Psymplicity

I have now been with Psymplicity for nearly 3 years and I can say that this is the best job I have had by far. You are treated with respect and dignity and if you have any issues they are sorted right away.  We work as a team and everyone helps out With all aspects of the job whether this be calls, emails or if someone has an issue that they are unable to fix themselves then just ask for help and it is given.   Our patient care is second to none, our doctors are polite, reliable and are always on hand to help. We try and fix out any problems there and then, if we can fix the problem right there and then we will. Nothing is a problem.

When I applied for the role I’m in, I felt the interview process was a lot smoother and friendly than I thought it would be, I felt very confident in my interviews as the staff made me feel very comfortable and I felt like they wanted to get to know me as a person, I’ve now been with the clinic just over a month and I absolutely love it, anything you need to make your working day more smooth and comfortable is never too much for the manager, she helps and supports with everything. I hope to be here and to progress for the foreseeable.

It’s a pleasure to be working within Psymplicity Healthcare, I have been part of the team from almost 2 years now.  My role has been not only educational but it has been rewarding. Psymplicity provides a good platform for career growth where hard work and determination is recognised and appreciated. I’m looking forward to part of this company and watching how far it will grown in years to come.

I have worked with Psymplicity since 2015 and have found this one of the most interesting and sometimes challenging positions I have ever had.  The work has now become a passion of mine and I  love working in mental healthcare services. Psymplicity Healthcare are very caring towards their staff and patients and there is always support there when needed. The whole team from the PA’s, admin team to the therapists and consultants are all so supportive.  We are a happy family who are always there for each other. I have grown as a person working for Psymplicity with a new understanding a respect for all the hard work needed to support our clients with mental health issues.  The last year has been different with the extra challenge of Covid but we have come through it as a team of people who work well together and understand how to help when needed even in the most difficult circumstances.

I have worked for Psymplicity for over a year. The Admin team are brilliant. They are helpful, efficient, show initiative and always cheerful and make life much easier for the clinicians. There is a good variety of cases which makes the work interesting and there are plenty of referrals if you are keen to build up a caseload. The approach and priority of Psymplicity is to provide good quality care for people with mental health problems. Despite working remotely there are good links between clinicians enabling discussion of more complex cases. Senior staff are very supportive of clinicians. There is flexibility to work in a way that works for you and your patients and you are encouraged to develop other areas of the service if you are interested. Psymplicity is constantly reviewing its practise to see what can be improved and new initiatives brought out to improve the quality of the care offered.
