Welcome to our online booking portal
- After entering the details below you will be taken the calendar page, where you can select the doctor or psychologist you would like to see, choose the appointment date and time that suits your schedule, and secure your appointment booking.
- All bookings can be cancelled with a full refund up to 48 hours before the appointment is scheduled to take place.
- Following completion of the booking process, you will automatically receive all necessary electronic forms such as the full patient registration form, and all forms requiring completion prior to the assessment taking place. These will arrive in your email inbox.
- Following the calendar page, you will be redirected to a secure web portal to complete payment. You will also receive a unique payment link by email after 2 or 3 minutes. Please use the payment link if you are not redirected automatically to the payment page.
Payment Deadline:
- If booking within 7 days, payment is required within 24 hours of booking.
- Appointments booked more than 7 days in advance must be paid for in full, at least 7 days before the appointment.
- After the deadline the appointment will automatically be cancelled.
