• After entering the details below you will be taken the calendar page, where you can select the doctor or psychologist you would like to see, choose the appointment date and time that suits your schedule, and secure your appointment booking.
  
  
• Payment can then be made on our website immediately after scheduling your appointment , and all bookings can be cancelled with a full refund up to 48 hours before the appointment is scheduled to take place.
  
  
• If you are planning on funding your appointment via your health insurance policy you can still secure your appointment online and a member of our team will contact you to collect your authorisation number.
  
  
• Following completion of this booking process, you will automatically receive all the necessary electronic forms such as the full patient registration form, and all forms requiring completion prior to the assessment taking place. These will arrive in your email inbox.
  
  
• You will also receive a courtesy call from a member of our customer journey team (who operate Monday to Friday from 9am till 6pm) to prepare you for your appointment.
