I completed my UK psychiatric training in Cambridge. I was awarded an academic clinical fellowship at University of Cambridge for research into impulsivity and initially specialised in child & adolescent psychiatry.

Thomas Mole's approach
believe strongly in a holistic approach. I believe that a treatment plan should cover a range of options including lifestyle changes, psychological supports and sometimes medication. I’ve a background in a range of interventions including mindfulness and yoga and appreciate the role of diet, exercise and sport in supporting wellbeing.
I strive to give up-to-date advice so that clients are empowered to make the best decisions about their healthcare.
Because individuals presenting with neurodivergent symptoms may often have co-occuring conditions, my assessments aim to screen out other common problems so that the most comprehensive support package can be offered.
Overall, I aim to deliver safe and effective care, so clients are better positioned to take control of their mental health and get to where they want to be in their lives.
