My background encompasses roles within NHS Primary Care, the Mind mental health charity, Talk Works, and as a Mental Health Mentor for university students in Tyne & Wear.

I hold active memberships with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), aligning my work with their ethical principles and professional codes of conduct.
