My husband and I were impressed with Psympilicty when I needed a short notice appointment. The Admininstrators Sue and Penny were friendly, helpful and speedy at corresponding. I had a Whatsapp consultation with a Dr Duffett, a Consultant, with my husband, and we found him to be exactly what I had hoped, both as a patient and Senior Nurse. He was professional and thorough and approachable with warmth and empathy. He organised my meds to be at my local Pharmacy efficiently; they were there the next morning. His Report for my GP was, we felt, an accurate assessment and he was helpful to my GP in setting out the medication titration and describing potential side effects he had also gone through in detail with us. As my GP does not intiate the meds I am on, she had asked for the dosing and side effects to be clearly described by my Consultant; Dr Duffett did exactly that. We were also impressed that Psimplicity offer very reasonably priced private appointments compared to other similar organisations. I opted for their useful initial appointment where the price was especially competitive as I was given the option of giving a detailed full history which cut the time needed and therefore the price. This worked really well and still gave adequate me time from Dr Duffett. He took time to ask if I had any queries and was also clear about his care plan going forward. And best of all, his treatment plan with meds, has lifted a dark cloud after months of post breast cancer stresses, and the drugs are very tolerable too. So we would not hesitate to recommend the team at Psimplicity! Thank you Sue, Dr Duffett and Penny; you were kind and helpful at every stage!
