Cancellation: All bookings can be cancelled with a full refund up to 48 hours before the appointment is scheduled to take place. This is subject to cancellation timing conditions listed in item 4 of our Terms of Service.

Payment Deadline:
Booking within 7 days: Payment is required within 24 hours of booking.
Booking more than 7 days ahead: Full payment is required 7 days before your appointment.
Appointments will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received by the deadline.
