Gelareh Lak

Gelareh is a mental health professional with a background in both Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and Applied Behaviour Analysis. She completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Postgraduate Certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science in Canada and nearing completion of her Masters Degree in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy.

Gelareh has a wealth of experience working with adults and children with a variety of diagnoses such ASD, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder and trauma. Gelareh has strong clinical, and interpersonal skills, and can provide comprehensive support and services to clients with varied age groups, backgrounds and needs.

Gelareh has a passion for helping others and aims to help clients through creating a safe space for awareness, challenging faulty thinking, and implementing strategies for change and growth.
